Donating a cow or maintaining a cow can liberate you and your ancestors from papas and sins committed knowingly or unknowingly during one’s lifetime. The scriptures say this act of charity also benefits the preceding and succeeding 7 generations of the donor to be liberated from the cycle of birth and death. Gho Dhanam is one of the very pious Dhanam anyone can do in their lifetime. There is NO GREATER PUNNIYAM than doing Gho Dhanam; Performing Gho Samrakshanam is Parama Punniyam, Parama Dharmam. Performing Gho Matha Samrakshanam is the biggest Lakshmi Puja as well.
Gho Shala
At Saligramam mutt, we are constructing Gho Shala which is estimated to cost around 3 Lakhs INR. We also envisage around 60,000 per month for maintenance.

Hence We are Requesting all noble hearts, philanthropist and devotees to donate for construction of Gho Shala.
You can also contribute for the maintenance by opting for any one of the following options.
- Monthly maintenance fund (Common) – 200 Per Month
- Annual maintenance fund– 2000 Per Year
- Monthly maintenance – for one COW – 5000
